Male patient 23 years old, with Rhinodeformity caused by old nasal fracture which did not receive medical care, characterized by ptosis of nasal tip, osteal humpback (bone callus) in nasal dorsum post fracture, prominent nasal wings and wide base of nasal bony pyramid (half-breed nose), undergoing to surgical complete Rhynoplasty with nasal refinement by Rhynosculpture technique, using open approach, achieving the proper nasal anatomical and aesthetics restoration. A month of time between photo prior surgery (left) and photo after surgery (right), with successful outcome.
