Male patient 32 years old, with Rhinodeformity characterized by ptosis of nasal tip, osteal humpback in nasal dorsum, prominent nasal wings and wide base of nasal bony pyramid (half-breed nose), undergoing to surgical complete Rhynoplasty with nasal refinement by Rhynosculpture technique, using open approach, achieving the proper nasal anatomical and aesthetics restoration.
